Terms

We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Delivery:

• MOMENTS is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been inputted prior to making payment.
• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday to Sundays, including weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
• MOMENTS will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.
• Meet-ups are only offered during upon purchased more than SGD$100

 Incorrect Item(s) received:

• all exchanges have to mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
• We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at moments.babies@gmail.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
• Normal postage will be FREE, registered mail will be free unless a purchased of more than SGD$80, otherwise $2.50 will be charged on top of purchase price.
• An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. MOMENTS will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined. 

 Payment:

• We only accept Internet Banking. We do not accept ATM transfers.

Products:

• Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
• A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

Product Care:

• You are advised to hand wash all MOMENTS apparels (individually) with baby washing powder or detergent.

By ordering from MOMENTS, all customers are deemed to agree with the above terms and conditions.
